Tri-Tent Treat
The
brainchild of Garry Errock of Be Big Tent Ashton was to have a three
way meeting of the Tameside tents. Be Big, Blotto and Sailors Beware
all congregated at the Mossley Masonic Hall Oasis on Saturday November
9th for a marvellous matinee promo fundraiser. It was a joy to share
the laughs and genius of the 'Boys' with fellow Sons of the Desert.
Stan and Ollie performed a few skits, films on the big screen and
the BEST pies you have ever tasted were served. A raffle was held and a
magnificent £200 was raised for Emmaus in Mossley who do wonderful
charity work for the homeless. We believe it's the way forward, packed
out meetings are so enjoyable whilst raising funds for great causes.
