Forget-Me-Not-Buddies!!

We were delighted to attend the Forget-Me-Not-Buddies (Tameside) on Monday 5th December to present a cheque for £100 to this wonderful group, a local independent social and support group for carers and people living with a diagnosis of dementia within Tameside and the surrounding areas. A very well organised, friendly group, with a lovely atmosphere for people to meet, give and receive support, and geneally not feel isolated or alone. A quick rendition of Trail of the Lonesome Pine turned in to a big sing-along!! They meet from 1pm to 3pm on Monday's at Denton Methodist Church Hall, Hyde Road, Denton, M34 3AQ.
